Apprenticeship Partnership Manager

£34,340 – £38,587 per annum

Location negotiable Uxbridge, High Wycombe or Aylesbury based

This is an exciting opportunity to join the innovative nursing academic team based either in our vibrant Uxbridge campus or in our recently developed Aylesbury campus. Our programmes include; Degree Nursing, Nursing Associate, Assistant Practitioner and Apprenticeships are delivered across all campuses and off-site, offering a diverse range of teaching opportunities.

Working alongside Academics and Professional Support Employees you will be responsible for the outcomes of a designated cohort(s) of nursing apprentices as well as ensuring all stakeholders receive outstanding customer service. You will be expected to act as contact point for apprentices and employer work-based mentors; and support, monitor, assess and report on apprentices’ progress. You will also be responsible for seeking resolutions to course delivery issues.

We are interested in candidates with a background in health provision and experience of assessing and/or work based learning, together with providing support for students and external partner stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a first degree, experience of working within apprenticeships.

You will be required to build strong relationships with employers, apprenticeships and academics, possess the ability to manage your own schedule across several off-site locations, and hold an assessor or coaching qualification or have a willingness to undertake one.
