We are looking for an External Examiner for our Post Graduate Certificate – Professional Nurse Midwifery Advocate (PNMA) Course
This postgraduate course sits within the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Social Care, in the School of Nursing.
Your role and responsibilities would include:
- External examining at level 7
- Virtual attendance at Exam Board
- Produce an annual report
You should have appropriate expertise and experience to be able to undertake a role in the assurance of academic standards in Higher Education. You should hold current NMC registration as a nurse or midwife and have experience in nurse/midwifery education delivery and assessment. We welcome applications from experienced external examiners, although previous experience is not essential.
The appointees will be required to examine a sample of portfolios in relation to the course which runs at least 5 times across the year.
