The Role
As a Lecturer (Teaching) in Mental Health Nursing, you will teach and coordinate courses while supporting the development and delivery of undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional programmes to ensure an effective student learning experience.
Duties include:
- Teach modules at HE levels 4–7, including creating and adapting materials, delivering varied learning sessions, and supporting students throughout teaching blocks.
- Contribute to assessment design, implementation, ratification, and quality assurance.
- Undertake the role of Academic Assessor.
- Support course recruitment activities, including interviews and open days.

Qualifications Required
- Active and live registration with the NMC as a Mental health Nurse
- Practice Assessor training and experience of supporting student nurses
- A teaching qualification or acceptance of the requirement to acquire one if not already held
