The School of Life and Health Sciences at the University of Roehampton is a rapidly growing provider of biomedical and healthcare education, offering established Life Sciences programmes alongside nursing and allied health courses. The Role

We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer to strengthen our academic and clinical teaching provision in this specialist area. You will join a collegial and forward-thinking team of biomedical scientists committed to interdisciplinary collaboration, high-quality education, and excellence in professional practice.

This appointment comes at an exciting phase of development as we expand our undergraduate provision and further develop postgraduate training in advanced biomedical and clinical laboratory sciences. Our programmes are supported by an active research environment within subjects allied to medicine and a strong commitment to evidence-informed education.

The post offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to teaching, scholarship, and research within the health sciences. You will play an important role not only in the Biomedical Science programmes but also in supporting the wider portfolio of Life and Health Sciences programmes, alongside contributing to research and knowledge exchange activities within the School.

Through teaching, research, and academic leadership, you will help develop highly skilled graduates equipped for careers in clinical laboratories and healthcare science.
