Oxford Brookes University is seeking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified academic, as external examiner for the below programmes to start September 2025, for a period of 4 years.

Postgraduate Modules in Independent and Supplementary Prescribing:

Independent and Supplementary Prescribing for Nurses and Midwives

Independent and Supplementary Prescribing for Allied Health Professionals

An NMC or HCPC recorded qualification in Independent and Supplementary Prescribing is essential.

Full course details and documentation will be provided to the appointee and a briefing day will be offered. Whilst previous experience as an External Examiner is desirable, consideration would be given to those seeking their first appointment.
