This webinar integrates insights from literature, workforce data, and personal narratives to examine prevailing perceptions of men in nursing. By unpacking gendered stereotypes and norms in relation to nursing, it underscores the benefits to the profession as well as society of transforming gender balance in nursing. The discussion advocates for pressing strategic change toward a more inclusive and equitable profession across education, research, leadership, and clinical practice, contributing to a stronger healthcare workforce and a more just society.
