UWE Bristol requires External Examiner for MSc Rehabilitation and other modules

UWE Bristol, School of Health & Social Wellbeing, is seeking a Field External Examiner in the field of Allied Health Professions (Rehabilitation). The post will be for 4 years commencing on 1st September 2026.

The subject cluster requires a Field External Examiner to represent a range of academic perspectives within the MSc Rehabilitation programme, together with some Independent Study / Evidencing work based learning modules. Examples of modules are as follows; however, you may be required to look at modules outside of this subject area:

  • Evidencing Work Based Learning (Distance Learning)
  • Health Economics
  • Independent Study
  • Knowledge Mobilisation
  • Managing Fatigue in Long Term Health Conditions
  • Masters Dissertation (Distance Learning)
  • Musculo-skeletal Rehabilitation
  • Neurorehabilitation
  • Rehabilitation

Please note, your final portfolio may require you to cover modules beyond this specific professional area.
