IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Play a significant part in teaching Physiotherapy students, as well as on other relevant healthcare programmes
  • Contribute to education delivery, simulated learning and clinical liaison across our range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
  • Contribute to and enhance the teaching and learning, research and knowledge exchange reputation of the School.
  • Be part of a community of academics and practitioners.

Our community-focused healthcare programmes initially encompassed Adult Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, Children’s Nursing, and the Nursing Associate apprenticeship. We have collaborated with local stakeholders to expand our offerings during 2024, introducing Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Sports Therapy, and Advanced Clinical Practice. The role holder will play a pivotal role as we aim to replicate across our Allied Health programmes the excellent NSS results we have achieved within Nursing, ranking 1st in the UK for Teaching and assessment and achieving 1st in England and London and 3rd in the UK for General Nursing in the Guarding League Table 2025
