This session will explore how internationally educated nurses and midwives working across sectors, but particularly in higher education can be supported to remain in the UK and lead, and how we can create a new model of global reciprocity across countries.
Speakers from the Florence Nightingale Foundation will share insights from the Global Talent, Local Impact project, including preliminary results. Members will have the opportunity to share their experience and expertise and influence the report’s recommendations in line with sector needs and expectations.
The finalised report will not only offer practical ideas for strengthening inclusive leadership development and enhancing the experiences of global workforce colleagues, but also present clear recommendations for policy development.
