External panel member opportunity for partnership periodic review at the University of Worcester.
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable External Panel Member to support our upcoming Partnership Periodic Review with one of our Birmingham-based partner colleges, which currently delivers the FdSc Dental Technology and Diploma in Teaching (Further Education & Skills) programmes.
About the Role
We are looking for someone with strong academic experience, particularly in partnership working and with a broad subject discipline background. This role is ideal for colleagues with a solid grounding in higher education quality assurance and programme review processes.
Essential Criteria
External Panel Members should:
- Hold a relevant senior position in Higher Education, normally with management responsibilities (e.g., Head or Assistant Head of Department)
- Have experience of partnership working
- Have experience of internal validation, approval, and/or review processes
- Ideally bring some national external experience (e.g., QAA, Ofsted, NMC)
