Council of Deans of Health announces new website and visual identity

Post

The Council of Deans of Health is pleased to launch a refreshed website and visual identity as part of a wider effort to modernise our communications and strengthen engagement with our members and stakeholders.

Why have we done these changes now?

Our previous website and visual identity looked dated and no longer reflected the quality or ambition of our work. The need for a more accessible, clearer and consistent communications prompted us to take this step.

This update also aligns with the launch of our 2025–2030 strategy. While the strategy sets out our priorities for the next five years, the updated website and refreshed brand are practical steps that support our ability to deliver on that direction. Together, these changes help us stay current, improve our communications and better serve the needs of our members.

What has changed?

We have launched a new website with an improved structure, navigation and content clarity. It is now easier for our members to find relevant information and stay updated on our work. We have also launched a new visual identity, which includes an updated colour scheme, a new logo, and a refreshed typeface. This ensures our presentation is more contemporary and aligned with the future-focused direction of the Council.

Chief Executive of the Council of Deans of Health, Ed Hughes, said:

“We are pleased to launch the Council’s new website and updated visual identity, marking an important step in improving how we communicate and engage with our members and wider stakeholders. The new design will improve accessibility, better showcase the variety of our work, and present a more forward-looking identity. As we prepare to launch our 2025–2030 strategy, these changes serve as a fantastic new front door to the work of the Council and our members. Ultimately, the new website and visual identity will strengthen our ability to connect, lead, and advocate on behalf of our members across the health education sector.”
