This CoDHcast looks at the importance of diversity in academic leadership, highlighting the importance of visibility and providing suggestions for promoting diversity in leadership. Speakers also draw on their experience of the Council’s Fellowship Scheme and reflect on what impact this has had on their leadership.
The CoDHcast is facilitated by Rayna Rogowsky, Lecturer at the University of Dundee and alumna of the Council’s Fellowship Scheme. Speakers include two other alumna of the Fellowship Scheme:
