New report: The academic workforce in health faculties – Analysis of the Council’s academic staffing census 2019

Nations:

This report draws on the data collected in 2019 from the Council’s members about the profile of the academic healthcare workforce as well as recruitment and retention issues. The analysis provides noteworthy differences between professions, between the four UK nations and between regions in England. The findings of the census have led the Council to form a series of recommendations to ensure the sustainability of the future academic healthcare workforce.
