We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Lecturer or Senior Lecturer to join our rapidly growing academic nursing team.

You will need a strong clinical background and evidence of supporting pre-registration nurse education.

You will need an enthusiasm to embrace change, work as part of the innovative nursing team and ability to contribute to the growing research profile of the subject area is essential.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growing portfolio of nursing programmes, supporting the module leadership role and implementation of the future nurse standards. Our blended learning nursing programmes offer an exciting opportunity for you to be involved in moving the School forward with its strategic plan to deliver a sustainable nursing workforce for our valued practice partners in collaboration with our partners. Experience of elearning will be an advantage.

You will work closely with the Academic Subject Leader, Academic Course Leader, Strategic Lead for Partnerships and Placements and our collaborative partners to deliver the vision for nurse education in Gloucestershire and beyond.

The will also work within the Nursing Academic Subject Community and contribute to a range of programmes developed within the School. You will have the exciting opportunity to support the preparation for delivery of courses in line with a new innovative curriculum to develop the nurse of the future. Our courses have been co-produced with partners to prepare a sustainable nursing workforce.
