This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented individual who wishes to advance excellent and innovative research and education, especially on the care and support of children and young people with life limiting conditions or medical complexity, their families and the workforce that care for them.
This academic post will be working with our Chair of Palliative Care and Child Health, Lorna Fraser and will support an NIHR funded programme Improving Care for children with life-limiting Conditions: developing, adapting, implementing and Evaluating interventions (ICICLE). This post will be 0.8FTE – 0.6FTE in the Cicely Saunders Institute and 0.2FTE in the Dept of Women and Children’s Health in the CHILDs group.
We particularly seek applicants with experience and expertise of one or more of the following: children with life-limiting conditions or medical complexity, palliative care, child health.
This is a part time post (28 hours per week), and you will be offered a fixed term contract until 30 November 2029.
