About you: We are seeking enthusiastic, inspiring individuals to join our successful and highly committed nursing team. Successful candidates will join a visionary department and will help fulfil our aims and contribute to our continued success. Integral to our achievements are activities which enhance the student experience through innovative teaching, learning and assessment strategies. The team participate in teaching, assessing and supporting pre and post registration multi-professional learners from across the South West of England. Inclusive of this is supporting learners in practice through our academic in practice teams.
You will have a high level of insight into contemporary community, primary, acute or urgent care practice as well as experience in healthcare leadership, clinical and practice-based education. Knowledge of contemporary theories and concepts that underpin advanced practice and adult nursing education is essential. Experience of teaching is not a necessary requirement as training leading to a recognised teaching qualification will be provided.
Applicants must be registered on the Nursing and Midwifery Council’s (NMC) Register. Ideally, individuals will also hold a degree or equivalent qualification.
This post is based at our Glenside Campus which is set within beautiful grounds in Stapleton.

This is a permanent post and is full-time working on a 100% contract. Salary will be commensurate with experience as we seek a blend of experience and teaching.
