Lecturer in Radiography

The University of Salford has a new opportunity available for a lecturer who has skills and capabilities in Radiography and Ultrasound. We are looking for motivated, creative and ambitious individual/s building on our strengths to meet the demands of a changing health and social care landscape. Key Responsibilities

The role is open to current academics also who may wish a change in role. The post-holder’s principal role will be to deliver theoretical and practical aspects of the Radiography and Ultrasound programme.

  • Design teaching material and deliver either across a range of modules or within subject area/s
  • Contribute to the planning, design and development of course and curriculum objectives and material.
  • Undertake the role of Programme Leader for the Ultrasound Programme
  • Mark and assess coursework and examinations and provide feedback to students as part of modular teams
  • Act as a personal tutor to a group of students
