The post requires: Contemporary knowledge, skills and significant experience in the field of leadership, improvement and human factors Experience of teaching a range of service improvement methods, leadership development and facilitating action learning Knowledge of NHC/Social care contexts and challenges Knowledge of improvement tools and techniques Experience of working in a leadership position within a health or social care context
