We are seeking Registered Adult Nurses with significant clinical experience to support Registered Nurse Degree Apprentices located across England. You will have a passion for education and supporting the apprentices in the clinical and educational setting. The role also requires the successful candidate to take be an autonomous practitioner who can offer expert knowledge, guidance and support to the nurse apprentice and the wider team. This role is both exciting and challenging and requires excellent knowledge and understanding of teaching and learning; supporting staff and trainees within and across teams, and successfully leading modules in an HEI setting. They will offer support to the practice placement providers to ensure the NMC and Apprenticeship competencies and requirements are met.
We are working with Spire Healthcare with a ‘grow your own’ nursing workforce model therefore, you will be joining a team of Lecturer / Clinical Link Tutors supporting the delivery of the Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship across the Spire Network. You will be required to travel to destinations across England in order to support the apprentices. You can find Spire Hospital locations here.
Please note these posts are fixed term for up to 5 years which will be reviewed as the programme develops.
You will have a Degree and preferably a post graduate qualification, in education or specialist clinical practice and have wide experience in the practice of supporting students. If you hold the skills and experience, we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.
