School of Health Sciences
We are looking to appoint several External Examiner’s. One to support modules within the MSc Leadership in Healthcare programmes, and one or two to support modules within our generic Healthcare Practice framework, therefore overlapping multiple programmes, or offered as stand-alone CPD study.
All posts will commence in line with start of the 2024/25 academic year for 4 year term.
1. MSc Leadership in Healthcare.
Successful EE would support and review work for the following programme modules:
- HCRM041 Evidencing your Practice (Leadership) (Level 7)
- HCR3008 / HCRM013 Transforming Services for Quality (Level 6 & Level 7)
- HCR3019/HCRM037 Implementing Change in Practice (Level 6 & Level 7)
- NURM112 Dissertation (Level 7)
2. Healthcare practice framework.
Post 1 – Research focus
Successful EE would support and review work for the following programme modules:
- NURM112 Dissertation (Level 7)
- NURM141 Research, design and methodology (Level 7)
- NUR3225 Research for Professional Practice (Level 6)
Post 2 – Clinical focus
Successful EE would support and review work for the following programme modules (please consider getting in touch even if only interested in one module):
- NURM201 (NUR3354) Holistic Pain Management (Level 6 & Level 7)
- HCRM045 Advanced vascular access and IV therapy (Level 7)
Potential for the two posts to be combined into one also.
