The Institute of Health and Social Care is the largest school in London South Bank University with a long-standing reputation for excellence in the education, research and practice development of a variety of health and social care specialists.
The Division of Children’s Nursing is seeking to appoint an external examiner for our pre-registration children’s nursing programs.
The University operates a single-tier examination board system, with external examiners being appointed to oversee a number of academic modules within the pre-registration curriculums. The Examination Board meets three times a year and there is an expectation that the external examiner will attend at least one Examination Board and submit an annual report to the University.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified academic staff who are Registered Nurses and hold a minimum of a Masters degree. All appointments are subject to the candidate meeting the University’s criteria for appointment.
