The School of Allied and Public Health Professions is seeking a radiologist external examiner for the MSc Clinical Reporting programme to commence from 1st September 2020 for a period of 4 years. The programme has two eternal examiners, an experienced radiography lecturer and a consultant radiologist.
The MSc Clinical Reporting programme was revalidated in February 2019 and prepares radiographers to undertake advanced and consultant level practice roles. It has pathways in musculoskeletal radiography; adult chest and MRI (T/L spine and knees) reporting as well as open modules. Each pathway usually has one intake per year with a total of approximately 90 students per annum.

Exam boards are held three times per year.

Applicants must have current registration with the GMC and ideally report MRI examinations. Previous external examiner experience is not essential. Appointment is subject to meeting the University’s criteria for the appointment of External Examiners.
