This Associate Professor post will have a significant leadership role within the school. The role holder will work to support the diversification of our business, the development of our educational portfolio, and the enhancement of teaching and learning quality and innovation. The post will require the Associate Professor to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, to develop and sustain excellent working relationships with external agencies across the health and social care sector.

You will join a team of experienced Associate Professors to provide leadership to staff delivering programmes across our portfolio, you will oversee a portfolio of courses which will include our allied health provision and support the Head and Deputy Heads of School. You should be able to demonstrate evidence of innovation in curriculum design and development, have experience of programme leadership, and understand the quality requirements associated with programmes approved by the Health and Care Professions Council. We are seeking to expand our portfolio of allied health provision at pre and post-registration levels and you will be leading many of these developments.

We are looking for candidates who are dynamic, adaptable and innovative and who have excellent communication skills. They must have a ‘can do’ approach and be driven to achieve. They should demonstrate substantive evidence of meeting deadlines and should have attention to detail in all they do.
