We are looking to recruit an Associate Lecturer / Lecturer Nursing due to the successful expansion of the School, but most recently with the expansion of the School in our Partner Satellite colleges and Practice Partners. This role will be based at Bradford College and there will be an expectation that the successful candidate will travel to the University of Bolton to attend meetings or other events in order to meet the core business needs as required.

The key duties of the role-holder will be to contribute to the teaching and delivery of Nursing programmes, undergraduate and taught postgraduate nursing and related programmes, including the academic and personal support of students are key requirements. In addition to contribute to the student recruitment and admissions of the Nursing Programmes.

NMC registration is an essential requirement for this role along with a first degree and preferably a teaching qualification. We are particularly interested in candidates with a contemporary experience in nursing. A commitment to undertaking a PhD, and membership of the Higher Education Academy is a requirement of the post. The successful candidate should demonstrate a practical awareness of current developments in Nurse Education and as well as being able to facilitate the creation and maintenance of a range of links between courses and the health care sector.

Salary:
In the range of £30,942 – £42,792 per annum
