Join us for an online interactive event co-hosted by the Council of Deans of Health (UK), the Council of Deans of Nursing and Midwifery Australia and New Zealand, and the Australian Council of Deans of Health Sciences.
Continuing our partnership work, this unique international collaboration will explore the evolving concept of professional identity in healthcare, with a focus on the tensions and synergies between generalist and specialist approaches. Participants will engage in cross-disciplinary and cross-country discussions examining how different systems and professions perceive the role and value of degree-level education in shaping healthcare professionals. The event offers an opportunity to share perspectives, challenge assumptions, and contribute to a global conversation on the future of healthcare education.
