The Role

As a Lecturer (Teaching) in Diagnostic Radiography, you will teach and coordinate modules across undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional programmes, ensuring a high-quality learning experience. Working within the School of Health and Care, you will collaborate with academic colleagues to enhance teaching by integrating research, enterprise, and professional practice into course content.

Duties include:

  • Teach and lead modules at HE levels 4-7
  • Design and deliver learning materials and sessions
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to students
  • Enhance student experience, retention, and employability
  • Collaborate effectively within academic teams
  • Support the practice education team

Qualifications Required

  • HCPC registered as a Diagnostic Radiographer
  • Master’s degree or Honours degree with relevant professional qualification and/or clinical experience
  • Hold a teaching qualification or is willing to obtain one
  • PhD or active membership of a relevant professional body is desirable
